Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for the coordination of projects including, guidance of all technical design, scheduling and budgetary performance, design quality, and safety. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop and deliver small- and large-scale capital projects. You’ll be surrounded by expert mentorship opportunities to help you thrive in your new career.Responsible to ensure the technical engineering integrity of the project including compliance with the project scope, project specifications, project schedule, overall budget, accepted good engineering practices, and client work processes.Some of your responsibilities will include Understand the project estimate basis and contractual requirements Coordinate Jacobs multi-discipline Engineering Team’s design efforts Support the Engineering Team’s interface with the client and other key project keyholder HSE, Maintenance, Procurement, Construction, and C&Q Teams Organize the collection of site, existing facility, and other documentation in support of the design team Manage the review and approval of vendor document submittals by Jacobs and client SMEs Working knowledge of engineering progress measurement and project control reporting Oversee, support, and maintain Engineering action items, with priorities constantly updated, for the Project Team Action Items List Provide support and help maintain project tracking tools such as design evolution, changes, deliverables list, drawings list, etc. through the lifecycle of the project. Support Project Management in the review the of cost and schedule progress reports Oversee documentation of Engineering Team Meetings and distribute of meeting minutes Work with Document Controls to track status of Engineering and Design documents Work with Engineering Disciplines to develop Discipline Narratives for Engineering Work Scope PackagesBring your curiosity, talent for multi-tasking and collaboration, and extreme organizational skills and we’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what drives you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together.Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline 2+ years of experience working in design management, with a preference for projects in biopharma Engineering in Training (EIT) desiredIdeally, you’ll also have Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescienceOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
