Job DescriptionThe Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. We are in the process of building a team dedicated to excellence, outcomes, & execution.Our center is seeking team-oriented Occupational Therapist's who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. PRN and Full Time positions are available.Essential Job DutiesOccupational Therapist's are responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications to patients and customers.Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.Maintain a positive level of interaction with patients, peers, and families.Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.QualificationsMust be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.National and state licensure REQUIRED to start.Job Type: PRN and Full TimePay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits401(k)Work Location: In person
