This position will be based in Evansville, Indiana, and provide support that will include a variety of functions in the area of Clinical Research Operations, supporting the executions of clinical studies. This position requires good organizational skills, ability to collaborate and work with minimal supervision. Prior experience and knowledge of clinical trial process is desirable.Your responsibilitiesProvide various site support functions for clinical research studies, including, but not limited to:Communicate with external study site team to assist in obtaining project informationPreparation of binders and/or electronic versions, as applicable, for each study site that participates in each studyAid clinical study enrollment tracking and maintain updates in system(s)Help in maintaining Central Project Files (CPF) for documents related to all MJN clinical studiesUpdate study documents and information in electronic systems, as applicable (i.e. Smartsheet, eTMF, CTMS)Maintain study site contact information and up-to-date documentsSupport logistics of clinical product shipments and returnsAssist with clinical study templates and forms for use at study sitesManage tracking and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)Coordinate case report form (CRF) processingProvide coordinated third party communications and documentationServe as the coordinator for the Scientific Review Committee (SRC)Other duties as assignedThe experience we're looking forHigh School Diploma required; B.A. or B.S. degree strongly preferredPrevious experience working in a clinical research settingExcellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detailsDemonstrated ability to take initiative and full accountability for workQuick learner and adapt to new proceduresEffectively communicate with external personnel and collaborate as a teamExperience in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and ExcelWhat we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
