Application Production Support

OverviewAkkodis is seeking an Application Support Specialist for a 12-18 month contract position with our Fortune 500 banking client.Rate: $69 - $74/hr W2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Location: Plano, TX- onsite 3 days a weekResponsibilitiesMonitoring and support of production AutoSys jobs / schedules, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues.Coordination of production changes across multiple teams including infrastructure and information security, as well as our development and business partners.Ability to keep schedule, make tight deadlines, work timely and independently. The expectation is that this person will oversee day-to-day operations keeping the systems stable and healthy.Perform hands-on triage and troubleshooting of issues, issue reporting, and incident management.
