Digital Project Manager - AEM

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead the consolidation of two acquired company websites into an existing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Next.js platform used as a product catalog (non-eCommerce). This role will manage vendors, coordinate internal teams, and drive delivery for a target go-live before Thanksgiving 2026. Responsibilities Lead the integration of two acquired sites into an existing AEM catalog platform Manage external vendors and development partners (including offshore teams) Ensure execution against existing wireframes, user stories, and epics Coordinate content migration, integrations, and platform development Own timelines and milestones to deliver pre-Thanksgiving 2026 launch Coordinate internal stakeholders across IT, Salesforce integrations, and data feeds Hold vendors and internal teams accountable for deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Qualifications Experience delivering projects involving AEM or enterprise CMS platforms Experience managing vendors and distributed teams Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments 6+ Months Remote - Must be US-based US Teams are located in Wisconsin (CST) and Pennsylvania (EST) C2C Independent or W2 hourly rates (W2 offers 401k and health insurance after 30 days) We have worked with this direct client since 2007 and have consultants working on various projects for them around the world!
