Customer Service RepresentativeImportant InformationThis is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with a primary need for a 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM shift schedule. This is a contract-to-hire need, with the potential to increase compensation upon conversion to a permanent role.This role is a great fit for someone looking to re-enter the workforce, gain professional experience, or continue building their long-term career and resume in a customer-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesProfessionally handle incoming customer inquiries and calls while ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues.Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities for additional products and services.Process orders and complete necessary forms and applications to fulfill customer requests.Support the sales team by managing inbound requests and coordinating outbound communications regarding new products and services.Assist with additional Customer Service Center (CSC) initiatives and operational needs as assigned.QualificationsAt least 1 year of relevant work experience preferredExcellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentHigh School Diploma or GED required
