Position Summary Sonographer I Heart South - 1022 North 1st Street, Suite 500, Alabaster, AL 35007 Full-Time | Day Shift Position Summary Heart South is seeking a skilled Echo / Vascular Sonographer I to provide high-quality diagnostic cardiology and vascular ultrasound imaging. This role delivers direct patient care while performing echocardiography and/or vascular studies under the guidance of departmental leadership to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
