Stewards of Recovery, LLC is a Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and we are looking for Direct Care Staff. Have you always wanted to help make a difference in people's lives? Our facilities are staffed 24/7 and we are currently hiring for the following shifts:Afternoon Shift: Full Time, 3pm-11pmGraveyard Shift: Full time, 11pm-7amBehavioral Health Technicians duties are the following:Provide direct support to programs, personnel and clients as required by assigned programProvide non-professional services to clients to increase quality of serviceProvide support and problem resolution for programs, personnel, and corporationCollaborative interaction with colleagues to increase harmony and high productivityMake efforts to increase fluidity and efficiency of the program assignedAssure safety and supervision of clients and make scheduling arrangementsAccurate and honest documentation and timely submission and all other paperwork assignedMaintain clean working areas to a high level of professional cleanlinessMaintain integrity by doing what is right even not being observedConduct self in professional manner in dress, language, and demeanor and refrain from outside activities that would be considered unprofessionalProtect confidentiality of clients, uphold Professional values and follow policy and procedure, refrain from outside contact with clientsImprove the lives of clients and colleagues and present with a positive and professional attitude toward investing in the clients and corporationLight Cleaning and CookingA minimum of hourly checks on all clientsOther duties as assignedPay $17.00 per hr. MUST BE DEPENDABLE!!!The State of Idaho requires eligible applicants to be able to pass an Enhanced Background Check.CPR/First Aid Exam and TB test required.Eligible applicants must have strong boundaries and ethics. Maintaining a clean and sober lifestyle is a must.
