You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and working closely with internal teams and leadership to close new business.You are not just a salesperson—you are a pipeline builder, relationship creator, and growth driver.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive high-volume outbound prospecting across target accountsConduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetingsIdentify, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholdersBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach to closureMap accounts and develop long-term relationships within enterprise organizationsCollaborate with internal leadership and subject matter experts to position solutions effectivelyRepresent Amtex Systems at industry events, trade shows, and client visitsPromote capabilities in IT services, staffing, engineering, and digital solutionsWhat We’re Looking For2–6 years of experience in inside sales, field sales, or business developmentProven track record of high outbound activity and meeting generationStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindsetComfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makersExposure to IT services, staffing, consulting, or technology sales is a plusFamiliarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similarStrong organizational and follow-up skillsWhy Amtex SystemsAt Amtex Systems, we empower organizations to transform ideas into measurable business outcomes.
