Job Title: TIG Welder / FabricatorLocation: Ocala, FL (34475)Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri (Occasional overtime hours are 6:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri)Pay: $20-$23/hrPosition OverviewWe are seeking a TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team in Ocala, FL. In this role, you will support the manufacturing of high-quality pump systems by welding and fabricating custom components. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level welder looking to develop their TIG skills in a hands-on, production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum componentsWeld manifolds and aluminum housings used in pump systemsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate custom partsUse fabrication tools for cutting, grinding, and shaping materialsMaintain tight tolerances of ±1/16 inchPerform out-of-position welding , including 6G when requiredAssist with building customized components for each job orderEnsure work meets company quality and safety standardsRequired QualificationsBasic experience or training in TIG weldingAbility to read and follow blueprintsExperience with grinding and cutting toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet precise tolerancesWillingness to learn and perform 6G welding positionsPreferred QualificationsExperience welding materials up to 1/4 inch thickPrior fabrication or manufacturing experienceFamiliarity with pump systems or fluid-related equipmentWhy Join This Company?Hands-on training and skill developmentOpportunity to work on custom-built, high-quality equipmentStable, team-oriented manufacturing environmentJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
