The company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for major healthcare construction work in the Wilmington market, including a high-profile ground-up, three-story rehabilitation hospital (~90,000 SF). This role requires a proven jobsite leader who can independently drive execution, coordinate subcontractors, protect schedule integrity, and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance in regulated environments. Position Summary The Superintendent is responsible for the full scope of onsite construction leadershipfrom mobilization through closeout. You will serve as the operational anchor of the jobsite, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and at the level expected for healthcare construction.
