Technical Project Manager

Title: Project ManagerDuration: 3 Months – Long Term extensionsLocation: Washington, DC 20433 (4 days/week onsite)ResponsibilitiesStrong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project and Agile delivery management.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), application development, testing, deployment, and production support.Experience managing multiple technical workstreams and geographically distributed teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.Experience working with senior business and technology leadership.Strong knowledge of project governance, status reporting, RAID management, and dependency tracking.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.QualificationsSAP project implementation, upgrade, migration, or integration experience.SAP HANA experience, including HANA migration, implementation, upgrades, or data platform initiatives.Experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects is highly preferred.Knowledge of SAP modules“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
