Collateral Administration Manager
A company is looking for an AVP, Collateral Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee collateral integrity, property valuation accuracy, and liquidation performance for loan portfolios
Ensure completeness of documentation for loan acquisitions, transfers, and portfolio sales
Build and lead a team to implement tracking, reporting, controls, and governance standards for collateral oversight
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
7+ years of experience in collateral management, mortgage servicing, or loan operations
Working knowledge of mortgage documentation and property valuation methodologies
Prior experience coordinating with servicers, custodians, or document vendors
Previous experience managing people and leading teams is highly preferred
