Principal Product Manager – High Performance Storage Platform - Up to $220K - Denver CO (Hybrid) This is not a traditional feature-delivery Product Manager role.We’re hiring for a global technology leader building an industry-leading parallel file system and next-generation all-flash storage platform used across AI/ML, HPC, media, and enterprise environments.This role owns strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a high-performance, multi-protocol storage platform powering some of the most data-intensive workflows in the market.You’ll be Designing and Driving:Product strategy across performance, scalability, workflow integration, and AI/HPC requirementsRoadmaps balancing customer needs, competitive positioning, and engineering feasibilityFeature priorities spanning metadata scaling, parallel I/O, NVMe optimisation, cloud integration and high-availabilityCross-functional alignment across hardware, software, management tools, and cloud initiativesGo-to-market strategy including launch planning, competitive positioning, and sales enablementWhat They’re Looking For:5–10+ years Product Management experience in enterprise storage, HPC storage, file systems or performance-oriented infrastructureStrong understanding of scale-out NAS, parallel file systems, or high-performance storage architecturesKnowledge of NVMe, flash architectures, and multi-protocol accessExperience with AI/ML data pipelines or HPC/data-intensive workflowsAbility to translate complex technical workflows into clear product requirementsProven cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Sales, Support and MarketingStrong communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills are essential.Nice to have:Experience with competitive storage technologies (GPFS/Spectrum Scale, Lustre, Isilon/PowerScale, NetApp, Weka, VAST, Qumulo)Cloud integration or hybrid workflow exposureKubernetes or containerised workload familiarityTechnical background in Computer Science or EngineeringWhat’s On Offer:Basic Salary up to $220KSign on Bonus - Stock Options AvailableUnlimited Holiday Policy401(k) with company matchCompany-funded HSA contributionsFull medical (HDHP & PPO options)Education reimbursement ($10K per year)Wellness reimbursement + strong overall benefits packageNext Steps:Apply to this position through LinkedInIf suitable I will reach out for an initial InterviewFollowing that there will be Two Technical InterviewsCV submission to offer time: 2 weeks*Please note, considering the amount of fake adverts I want to confirm, this is a real position that will be hired for.
