Mental Health Receptionist
Therapeutic Self Care is looking to expand our team!!!
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Receptionist to join our growing team of professionals.
Job Description:
Receiving Intake Calls from possible clients, following an intake document.
Setting up new clients in our platforms.
Charging Co-pays and Out of Pocket sessions.
Verifying private insurance via the Availity portal and/or contacting insurances directly.
Monitoring our Ring Camera for any clients arriving to our office.
Opening the front door, greeting clients and checking them in.
Informing Clinicians when clients have arrived for their sessions.
Regularly updating our Google Drive.
Reviewing Invoices, monthly summaries and ensuring documentation is submitted on time.
Working with direct Supervisor to upkeep company Spreadsheets.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or higher.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Experience preferred but not required.
Day and afternoon availability from 10am-6pm.
Full time availability.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
