Jewelry Store Manager (Part-Time)

LÚDERE is seeking a part-time Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our retail store and gallery on Tennyson Street. Must be available during peak retail periods, including holidays and special events What This Role Looks Like This role is responsible for the overall experience, flow, and performance of the store. You will be the primary point of ownership when on the floor, ensuring that both customers and operations are handled with care, consistency, and attention to detail. You will: Lead the in-store customer experience, setting the tone for how clients are welcomed, styled, and supported Build and maintain strong product knowledge, and guide others in doing the same Drive sales performance while maintaining a thoughtful, non-transactional approach Operate the store independently, making confident decisions in real time Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling retail environment Manage inventory, track stock levels, and communicate restocking needs Handle customer service situations with professionalism and sound judgment Support and guide part-time sales associates as needed Contribute to simple, on-brand social media content Identify opportunities for improvement and share insights around customer behavior, trends, and store performanc Who You Are Naturally warm, confident, and composed in a customer-facing environment A strong communicator who can lead with both clarity and empathy Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions without constant oversight Able to balance sales goals with a genuine, relationship-driven approach Interested in jewelry, design, art, and personal expression Excited to be part of a small business and contribute to its growth Preferred Experience Previous retail management or leadership experience Experience with fine jewelry, luxury goods, or art sales Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management Experience training or guiding team members Familiarity with social media (Instagram and TikTok) Knowledge of jewelry materials and gemstones, or willingness to learn Schedule Approximately 20–30 hours per week to start, with a mix of weekend and weekday shifts Compensation $24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience Compensation may grow with the role, including opportunities tied to store performance TO APPLY Please email your resume and any other information you feel we should consider to arielle@luderejewelry.com.
