Travel RN - Med/Surg - Hospice/Palliative Care

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Hospice/Palliative Care position in a post-acute care setting, requiring a ND or compact RN license and at least 2 years of experience.Job Details• Post-acute care setting serving patients aged 18+ with a primarily geriatric population,• Patients are seen across multiple settings including home environments, SNFs, assisted living facilities, and hospitals,• The hospice office is located within a clinic building,• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM,• Every 3rd weekend coverage required, plus 1-2 on-call shifts per week,• 8-hour shifts,• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR,• 2-3 office meetings required per month,• 14-week contract,Job Requirements• Active ND or compact RN license required,• Current BLS certification required,• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required,• Hospice or home health nursing experience strongly preferred,• Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferred,• 2 professional references required: 1 from a supervisor within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 from a peer or supervisor in the same specialty within the last 3 years,• All certifications must be active at the time of consideration - no pending certifications accepted,Additional Information• Provide hospice nursing care across a variety of community and facility-based settings,• Candidates with a permanent address within 80 miles of the facility are eligible but may be subject to a adjusted pay rate,• Previous employment at any Sanford Health location must be disclosed during the application process,• No BSN required for this position,• Orientation consists of 8 hours
