We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist who values hands-on care, is eager to learn new techniques, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive specialized training in the Reavy Method.
Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations for new and returning patients.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
Restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent future injuries through targeted physical therapy interventions.
Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies for continued progress.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate effectively with the clinical director, PT team, aides, and client service specialists.
Stay current with licensure requirements and enhance skills through continuing education.
Support administrative tasks, including insurance verification, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
Engage in marketing, outreach, and networking efforts, including social media, webinars, and provider collaborations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (Required).
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2-3 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic, manual therapy-focused setting (Preferred).
Advanced training in manual therapy techniques (Preferred).
CPR certification (Preferred).
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to build and maintain a strong patient caseload.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $100,000.00 per hour
