Project locations are within 5 hours of Sioux Falls.In this project management role, you are essential to the success of our projects. Under your efficient supervision, each job is completed on time and with the high quality our company is known for. Each day, you come to work eager to advance your current project. Relying on your strong understanding of land development, you hold project meetings, coordinate with the city to obtain permits, schedule subcontractors, and procure materials.Often, you travel to the construction site where you oversee the surveyors in their tasks, manage field crews, and work with trade contractors to fulfill their duties. With warm professionalism, you resolve any concerns with OSHA inspectors and establish a strong working rapport with our contractors.
