Job DescriptionHi Everyone,\n\nWe're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who Lead the Cost Dimension workstream for the Supply Chain and Order Management SAP ERP implementation and Drive activities across strategic sourcing, direct procurement, supplier management, procurement operations, cost operations, hyperscaler procurement, spend analytics, S2P processes, and master data and provide strategic business solutions for the implementation purpose.\n\nPlease see the job description for reference.\n\nJob Title: Technical Program Manager\nInitial Assignment Length: 12 months with possibility of extension\nPay Range: $110-115/hr on W2\nJob ID: 37418870\n\nDuties:\n\nLead the Cost Dimension workstream for the Supply Chain and Order Management SAP ERP implementation\nPartner with GPOs and functional leaders across Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Cost Operations, Hyperscaler Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT\nAlign cross-functional stakeholders on requirements, priorities, dependencies, and implementation decisions\nPartner with SAP functional teams, solution architects, and system integrators to deliver solutions aligned with SAP best practices\nExperience in NPI, BOMs, Product Engineering, and related business functions.\nDrive activities across strategic sourcing, direct procurement, supplier management, procurement operations, cost operations, hyperscaler procurement, spend analytics, S2P processes, and master data\nHelp architect solutions that align with industry standards, minimizing customizations\nLead workshops, design reviews, and issue resolution sessions\nManage cutover planning and deployment readiness activities\nOwn project risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions\nTrack milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure on-time execution\nProvide status updates to program leadership and stakeholders\nSupport data migration, validation, and testing for supplier, procurement, sourcing, and spend data\nDrive cross-functional accountability through deployment and post-go-live stabilization\n\nSkills:\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and executive audiences\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously\nSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and a "go-getter" mentality\nProactive approach to identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities before they become issues\nComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with minimal direction\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization\nSkilled facilitator, able to lead productive workshops and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders\nSound judgment and decisiveness when navigating competing priorities or incomplete information\nHigh level of accountability and ownership over outcomes\nAdaptable and resilient, able to pivot quickly as project needs evolve\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities\nCollaborative team player who works effectively across cross-functional and matrixed teams\nDetail-oriented with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution\nConfident influencing without direct authority\n\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field\n8+ years leading ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise transformation programs\nProven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Workstream Lead on SAP ERP implementations\nIndustry experience in high-tech manufacturing, data storage, networking, electronics, semiconductor, or other complex hardware industries (preferred)\nPMP, Agile, SAP, or related certifications (plus)\n\nSTART DATE and END DATE are fixed.
