FF&A Procurement Project Manager (Hospitality) Remote | Travel as Needed Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 + Benefits About UsHospitality Purchasing Consultants (HPC) is a procurement agent that helps owners of hotels, restaurants, country clubs, and other hospitality assets plan and execute capital projects. We specialize in sourcing Furniture, Fixtures & Artwork (FF&A) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E), combining data, vendor relationships, and project discipline to deliver projects on time and under budget. The RoleWe’re hiring a Project Manager to lead FF&A and OS&E procurement across hospitality projects. You’ll own the process from vendor sourcing through delivery—working closely with clients, designers, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex projects, negotiating with vendors, and taking full ownership of outcomes. What You’ll DoManage FF&A and OS&E procurement from bid to final deliveryBuild and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecastsLead RFP/RFQ processes: analyze bids, negotiate pricing, and recommend vendorsCoordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and logistics partnersTrack orders, production timelines, and delivery schedulesResolve issues related to vendors, shipments, or product qualityEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetMaintain strong vendor relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities What We’re Looking ForMust-Have:3+ years of experience in hospitality project management, procurement, or a related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working with budgets, data, and vendor negotiationsProficiency in Excel and standard business toolsExperience in hospitality, construction, interior design, or FF&A procurementNice-to-Have:Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyFamiliarity with reading design drawings or specificationsExperience coordinating logistics or working with global vendors What Makes Someone Successful HereTakes ownership and follows through without constant oversightMakes decisions based on data and practical judgmentCommunicates clearly with both internal teams and external partnersStays organized across multiple moving piecesProactively solves problems and anticipates risks Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $60,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)Remote work environmentUnlimited PTOHealth insurance reimbursementOpportunity to work on high-impact hospitality projectsBonus Opportunity Why Join HPCYou’ll work directly with ownership groups and gain exposure to how hospitality projects are planned, budgeted, and executed.
