Sterling Food Service Management is dedicated to offering exceptional and customized culinary experiences for its clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef Manager beginning in August 2026, located in Columbia, MO. The Chef Manager will oversee food preparation and cooking, ensure food quality standards are met, manage inventory, and plan menu itemss for dietary needs. Additional responsibilities include staff supervision, maintaining compliance with health and safety guidelines, managing budgets, and being responsive to members specific needs.QualificationsProficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniquesExperience in Food & Beverage service and ensuring Food Quality standardsStrong skills in Culinary Management, including menu planning and kitchen staff supervisionKnowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food preparation and serviceExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with house members and team membersExperience in managing food inventory and budgetsCulinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
