Registered Nurse - Team Leader

Provides leadership and supervision for a team of professional and nonprofessional staff, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. Collaborates with management and community agencies to develop and implement agency services, while also providing nursing care per Community Health Nurse guidelines.Responsibilities include staff supervision, caseload management, staff recruitment and training, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating team meetings, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Acts as clinical backup when needed, evaluates staff performance, and manages scheduling including on-call, weekends, and vacations.Maintains professional standards by adhering to agency policies, promoting effective communication, and supporting staff development.
