Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitation of work surfaces and utensils Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and hygiene regulations to promote food safety Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools * Follow all food industry standards for food handling, safety, and sanitation protocols Skills Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Previous restaurant or kitchen experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Skilled in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and meal preparation within a fast-paced environment Excellent knife skills for efficient slicing, dicing, and prep work Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food service styles Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Knowledge of the food industry’s best practices for quality control and customer satisfaction Passion for culinary arts with an eye for detail in presentation and flavor balance Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining efficiency Join us as a Pizza Cook where your culinary talents will shine!
