Position SummaryCrescent Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent – Water/Wastewater to lead field operations on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The Superintendent is responsible for overall jobsite execution, including safety, quality, schedule, and productivity. This role provides direct leadership to foremen, crews, and subcontractors while coordinating closely with project management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with contract requirements.What You’ll DoPlan, coordinate, and supervise all field operations on water and wastewater construction projectsLead and manage foremen, craft labor, subcontractors, and equipment resourcesDevelop and execute short-term and long-term work plans aligned with the project scheduleEnsure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, permits, and quality standardsEnforce company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety requirementsLead jobsite safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and daily planning meetingsCoordinate material deliveries, equipment utilization, and site logisticsMonitor productivity, resolve field issues, and implement corrective actions as neededCommunicate effectively with project management, inspectors, owners, and design teamsMaintain accurate field documentation including daily reports, schedules, and progress trackingSupport inspections, testing, punch list completion, and project closeout activitiesLead by example to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamworkWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of 7 years of experience supervising water and wastewater or heavy civil construction projectsProven experience managing large crews, subcontractors, and complex work activitiesStrong knowledge of water and wastewater construction means and methodsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedulesStrong understanding of jobsite safety, quality control, and productivity managementAbility to effectively communicate with field personnel, project teams, and external stakeholdersAbility to perform the physical requirements of the job, including prolonged standing, walking, climbing, and navigating active construction sitesAbility to take direction from project leadership and remain task-orientedCommitment to following all company and general safety rules, policies, and guidelinesThis job summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position.
