Requirements Experience 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. References Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role Certifications BLS (Required) CST (Required) Vaccinations Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Proof of Identification Driver's license required Additional Information Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
