We have openings available on the day shift 5a-2p and night shift 3p-12a.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Employee discountHealth insurancePaid time offParental leaveSchedule: 8-hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftNight shiftSupplemental Pay: if works in the night.Bonus paysExperience:Warehouse experience: Desirable 1 year (Required)Work Location: In personKey ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.Prepare and verify outgoing shipments and packing lists.Maintain inventory records and update systems accurately.Communicate with carriers and internal departments to ensure smooth operation.Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with SOPs.Support audits, compliance initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Qualifications1+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.Familiarity with inventory systems and documentation processes.Forklift certification is preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.Essential Physical RequirementsAbility to travel between all company facilities as needed.Ability to visually/physically inspect manufacturing environments including production floors, rooftops, and confined spaces.Must be able to wear all required PPE and operate effectively in varying conditions (cold, heat, humidity, noise).Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and prolonged standing or walking required during audits and site assessments.Specific Requirements:Basic English (able to read labels, POs, and BOLs)Experience:At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experienceFamiliar with inventory counts, picking, and packingExperience in cold storage or food industry is a plusTechnical Skills:Basic computer skills (Excel, email)Experience with WMS or NetSuite is preferredAbility to read and verify POs, BOLs, and product labelsRF scanner experience is a plusPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularlyComfortable standing for long periodsAble to work in refrigerated or freezer environmentsAdditional Qualifications:Forklift certification is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to follow processes and maintain inventory accuracy (FIFO/FEFO)
