Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About The OpportunityWe are a national recruitment firm placing top construction talent with leading general contractors and specialty contractors across the US. We currently have multiple active Project Manager openings with established commercial GC clients in the Phoenix metro and broader Southwest region. These are direct-hire, permanent positions — not temp or contract.What Our Clients Are Building: Ground-up commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and multi-family projects ranging from $5M to $150M+.What You'll Be Doing (typical responsibilities across our client openings):Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and coordinationLead project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersServe as primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineersCoordinate with Superintendent on daily field operationsTrack project financial performance including cost reports and forecastingLead project meetings and maintain documentationWhat Our Clients Are Looking For5–12 years of commercial construction experience, with at least 3 years as a PMExperience managing projects $5M and above (ground-up preferred)Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similarStrong subcontractor management and owner relations skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)OSHA 30 preferredWhat's On OfferBase salary $95,000 – $135,000 depending on experiencePerformance bonuses tied to project milestonesHealth, dental, vision, 401(k) with matchVehicle allowance or company truck (role-dependent)Clear path to Senior PM or Project ExecutiveApply Now Submit your resume and we will be in touch within 48 hours.
