The RoleThe Buyer III / Senior Buyer is a key member of our Sourcing team, responsible for procuring highly engineered components that support production, engineering, and customer delivery. This role is ideal for an experienced procurement professional who enjoys technical sourcing, supplier collaboration, and driving measurable results. Key ResponsibilitiesSource and manage engineered and technical components Evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, lead time, and performance Review MRP demand and issue/manage purchase orders Expedite, adjust, and resolve past-due or urgent orders Maintain inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence Partner with Engineering and Quality to resolve supplier issues Conduct supplier performance reviews and corrective actions Support VMI programs and continuous improvement efforts Ensure accurate and timely resolution of PO-related invoices Qualifications58+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing/OEM environment Experience sourcing precision or engineered components Proven success in cost reduction and supplier performance improvement Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business preferred) CPSM, CSCP, or similar certification a plus Why Join Etnyre?Competitive pay with growth potential Paid vacation and holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability 401(k) with company match Stable, family-owned company where you're more than a number Long-term career growth opportunities Join a company where your expertise makes a lasting impact.
