Portfolios may include major customer accounts, complex agreements, high‑risk pricing structures, or strategically significant commodity categories.This role focuses on advanced pricing analysis, non‑standard pricing scenarios, and strategic decision support. The Strategic Pricing Analyst operates with a high degree of independence and partners closely with leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Own pricing support for complex, high‑value, or high‑risk pricing portfoliosPerform advanced, non‑standard pricing analysis and modelingSupport escalations, negotiations, and bespoke pricing requestsAssess pricing risk, margin exposure, and optimization opportunitiesProvide strategic pricing insights and recommendations to leadershipPartner with Sales leadership, Contracts, Finance, and Operations on complex pricing decisionsSupport audits, compliance reviews, and complex agreement interpretationMentor and guide Commercial Pricing AnalystsContribute to pricing governance, best practices, and standardization effortsOther responsibilities, as assignedJOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field preferredAdvanced experience in pricing, analytics, or commercial strategyStrong analytical, modeling, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous or non‑standard situationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to influence senior stakeholdersDeep understanding of pricing structures, agreements, and commercial riskHigh level of business judgment and attention to detailStrong mentoring and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and across functionsPricing domain knowledge preferredNatural curiosity and ability to probe into the depths of processesExcellent communications skills including listening and communicating with clients of all levels (verbally and written).
