Overview In this role you will shape the future of SimpliSafe’s e-commerce platform, improving how customers learn about products and complete purchases across sales channels. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver fast, reliable shopping experiences and scalable services that support fulfillment and data-driven decisions. You’ll mentor engineers, drive technical standards, and elevate developer experience while expanding capabilities with reporting and self-service tools.
