We are partnered with a digital consultancy that is looking for a Senior Manager of Agile Program Management to support a leading pharma/healthcare client.This is a 6-month contract to start with potential to extend.Candidates must work on-site in the NYC office.Senior Manager, Agile Program Management – Healthcare, Pharma & RetailWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager / PMO Lead to oversee large-scale enterprise programs across healthcare, pharma, and retail environments. This individual will act as a strategic bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams, driving governance, execution, cross-functional alignment, and executive-level communication across multiple concurrent workstreams.This role requires a strong leader who can operate in complex, fast-paced environments while managing distributed global teams, enforcing program structure, and ensuring delivery excellence across business and technology initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams (onshore/offshore) and drive alignment across business, technology, and vendorsExpertise in establishing and driving PMO governance, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and executive dashboards for large programsStrong delivery oversight across healthcare and/or retail domains, with understanding of industry-specific constraints (compliance, omnichannel, operations)Extensive experience engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders (Director to C-level), including steering committees and executive reportingProven track record managing multiple concurrent workstreams with strong dependency, risk, and RAID governance10–15+ years of experience in Program/Project Management with strong PMO leadership in large, complex enterprise environmentsRequired Qualifications10–15+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, and PMO leadership within large enterprise environments (Healthcare/Pharma/Retail)Proven experience managing complex enterprise programs with multiple concurrent workstreamsStrong expertise in PMO governance, program reporting, KPI development, executive dashboards, and structured delivery managementDemonstrated success leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams across PT, ET, and GMT time zonesExtensive experience engaging senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teamsStrong risk management, dependency management, and RAID governance experienceAbility to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on execution oversightExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsKey Skill SetsProgram Governance & PMO LeadershipExecutive Stakeholder ManagementCross-Functional Team LeadershipEnterprise Program DeliveryRAID & Dependency ManagementStrategic Program OversightClient & Vendor CoordinationGlobal Team ManagementHealthcare / Pharma / Retail Domain Expertise
