We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture where each person can experience a sense of belonging.Join us on our One Perrigo journey as we evolve to win in self-care.Description OverviewThe Senior Business Technology Lead role will serve as a key digital partner to business and drive development of business-facing applications to enable the digital strategy and ensure harmonization of business and digital roadmaps aligned to the E2E(end-to-end) business strategy. The role will be responsible for managing business relationships, primarily supporting Finance & HR functions, E2E digital business operations, ideation and business cases, product capabilities design and launch including data-readiness, development and testing.Scope of the RoleManage business relationshipsServe as the primary point of contact and relationship manager between the IT organization and the businessRepresent all of IT to the business as that primary point of contactMonitor the changing technological landscape to effectively advocate for innovative uses of technology for the businessPrioritizes and aligns the business domain project portfolio and enhancements work with the business stakeholders to deliver the business outcomesServe as escelation point, if and when needed, between buisness domain and IT.Digital business operationsServe as the primary point of contact to ensure E2E business operations run successfully on a daily basisEnsure business is aware of current challenges and prepared for future system landscape changesIdeation & business caseCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and gaps of capabilities needed to enable business outcomesCollaborate with the business to develop business cases including opportunity size, business KPIs and pro-forma financials with support from financeCollaborate with the product and platform owners to provide initial funding estimates and timeline for the business caseEstablish and lead review team for product capability requirements that align with the overall business and technology E2E strategies.Product design and positioningDraft the Product Requirements Document (PRD), or a detailed description of product technical requirementsDesign and develop overall user/customer experienceCoordinate with product and platform owners to prioritize capabilities in the product capability roadmapsProduct launch, development, and testingOversee development process for their business domain; adhere to corporate quality change controls, testing and security requirements.Oversee project management for their business domain, track overall progress and make trade-off decisions between cost, quality, scope and timingEnsure product and/or platform(s) are deployed to production environment and user acceptance testing is conductedConfirm timely delivery of high-quality launches according to development and deployment plansEnsure data and user-readiness of the product launchIdentify and execute on continuous improvements to the product capabilities based on optimizing the user/customer experienceAdditional, shared accountabilities include:Collaborate and align with other BTLs to ensure E2E business and digital roadmaps.Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture to define product/platform strategy and provide input on resourcing (internal & external)Rely on Product Owners to develop additional relevant products or capabilitiesRely on Product Owners to implement defined changes to create a consistent and compelling user/customer experienceEstablish a customer feedback process with service and sales that gets incorporated into product plansExperience RequiredBachelors degree is typically required, or MBA with a focus in management or the area of the business that aligns with the client group, is preferred.10-15 years of experience in product roles, tech or digital strategyDigital and business knowledge to manage E2E digital business strategyAbility to lead multi-disciplinary teamsCertified/experienced in project management methodologyExcellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and make decisionsExceptional leadership and team management skills (8-10+ years)Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projectsExecution and problem-solving capacityAbility to create compelling future customer experiences by understanding intersection of market, technology, competitive forcesAssertive communication and teamwork skillsDemonstrated passion for human-centered products and servicesBenefitsWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
