Role Description This is a part-time, on-site position located in Newtown Square, PA. The Retail Lead will oversee daily store operations, support team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations, managing inventory, supporting the scheduling and training of team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Retail Lead will foster an engaging and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
