JoB Title: Java developer with Docker Mongo DB / Cockroach DBLocation: Charlotte, NC (Looking only Locals, Relocation not considered)Employment Type: Full time onlyWork Authorization: USC, GC, OPT and H1B (I-140 should be approved)Job Description:Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Rest API, microservices, Docker / openshift, MongoDB / Cockroach DB, Kafka, Cloud, Kubernetes.Agile concepts, CI/CD with 10+ years’ experience.Roles & Responsibilities:• 10+ years of experience in Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Rest API, microservices, Kafka, Cloud, Kubernetes, MongoDB/Cockroach DB, Docker /OpenShift.• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, Agile way of working and CI/CD concets.• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.• Skill for writing reusable Java libraries.• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java.• Familiarity with concepts of Spring Boot, Rest API, Micro service Architecture.• Knack for writing clean, readable Java code.• working with Relational (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.• Understanding of the class loading mechanism in Java.• Understanding of JVM, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.• Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle.• Familiarity with concepts of CI/CD, Kafka, MQ, Performance Improvement, Splunk, SQL.
