Care is provided one-on-one and guided by an individualized service plan, with training and ongoing support provided by the agency.What You'll DoAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding (as appropriate)Provide companionship and emotional supportAssist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervisionLight housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparationRun errands and accompany clients to appointments as outlined in the care planProvide exercise and medication reminders onlyOffer in-home respite care for familiesObserve and report changes in client condition or home safetyComplete required documentation, including time in and outAll care is non-medical and provided within agency guidelines.What We're Looking ForAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to follow written care plans and verbal instructionsPhysical ability to safely assist clientsCompassionate, reliable, and professional attitudePrior caregiving experience preferred but not requiredWillingness to complete paid training and competency validationAdditional languages are a plusReliable transportation preferred (mileage reimbursed when applicable)No CNA required — we will train the right people.
