The Opportunity The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in advancing PAE's mission to promote sustainable, high-performance design by securing high-caliber projects and clients. This position supports pursuit execution, relationship marketing, and data accuracy in collaboration with the Marketing Lead, Marketing Manager, and cross-disciplinary teams, contributing to PAE's growth in strategic markets.Who We ArePAE is an engineering and design firm that turns complex challenges into reality. We embrace innovation, transparency, sustainability, and lifelong curiosity.What You'll DoDevelop working relationships with Project Managers, technical staff, marketing teammates, and external partners in support of project pursuits and business development activitiesDevelop the ability to anticipate pursuit needs by reviewing RFQs/RFPs, pursuit briefs, and deadlines, and by interpreting input from Project Managers and technical teamsTrack public and subscription-based leads; prepare Go/No-Go summaries and support outreach coordination for seller-doerCoordinate the collection, organization, and version control of pursuit materials, including resumes, project descriptions, and subconsultant informationPrepare qualifications and proposal deliverables with strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and adherence to PAE brand and quality standardsProvide quality control review of marketing materials, including formatting, proofreading, and conformance with PAE graphical and content standardsCoordinate and support the development of interview and presentation materials, including slide decks and visual content, in collaboration with Graphics and Communications teamsEnter, update, and maintain accurate project, pursuit, and contact information within Deltek Vantagepoint and other marketing systemCoordinate and track pursuit schedules, deadlines, and action items to support timely completion and submissionAssist with marketing events and special initiatives as assignedProvide support to Senior Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Management as assignedPerform other duties as assignedWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in an A/E/C or mission-driven environmentExposure to or interest in sustainability, architecture, or engineering communications is a plusTeam playerReliable and flexible in style of workStrong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize deadlines and tasks with a positive attitudeTalent for juggling multiple deadlines and working closely with othersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesignExperience with database and CRM systems, Deltek preferredWhat We OfferHiring Base Salary Range: $60,400-$77,200annualThis position is eligible for time and a half overtime payOpen to candidates in New York, NY and Boston, MAThe base salary is one component of PAE's competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered.
