Residential HVAC Service Technician

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems for our customers, ensuring their homes stay cool and warm all year round! Bonus points if you are NATE Certified!Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance on new and existing residential comfort systems and provide the best options to homeowners based on the condition of their home comfort system and needs. Complete on-demand service calls for homeowners whose air conditioning or heat has failed and needs to either be repaired or upgraded. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service requests. The on-call rotation is one weekend every 5 weeks and 1 day during the week Monday-Friday. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
