SafeZone delivers real-time situational awareness, distributed command and control, mobile-first personal safety tools, and mass and targeted communications — allowing safety and security teams to provide “Safety Everywhere” for the people they protect.What You Will DoYou will work directly with the CEO, who acts as product owner for SafeZone, and partner closely with the engineering organization in Australia to translate market signal into shipped product. Owning the day-to-day discipline of product management, including customer discovery, requirements definition, roadmap maintenance, and release readiness.Responsibilities:Conduct customer discovery with campus security, emergency management, healthcare IT, and higher education IT stakeholders to understand how they manage safety today and where SafeZone delivers more valueDeliver PDRs, user stories, and requirements the Australian engineering team can build onMaintain the product backlog and roadmap in partnership with the CEO and head of engineering, surfacing trade-offs clearlyRun release planning, beta programs, and feedback loops so that what ships actually lands with safety and emergency operations teamsHelp shape SafeZone’s integration roadmap with adjacent IT, networking, identity, access control, video, and life-safety systems, a strategic priority for the next phase of the productWho You AreThe ideal candidate is self-directed and thrives with broad scope and limited supervision. You move work forward asynchronously across time zones, across teams, and with customers you'll visit regularly in the field.
