Client Service Associate

SUMMARY: The Client Service Associate (CSA) supports the advisory team with account management and client service needs. As a member of an advisory team, each member works together to service clients. This will involve assistance in every aspect from introduction with a prospect, to onboarding a client and servicing the continuous needs of those clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage portfolio review process both clients and prospects.Answering the main service phone line while responding to requests over the phone.Replying to client and advisor emails.Reviewing and submitting account opening paperwork in a timely manner.Responsible for account maintenance (opening new accounts, transfers, managing transactions, address changes, etc.).Prepare paperwork, letters, client reports, and other client communication.Maintain client and practice management data.Schedule client meetings and follow up in Outlook.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university.Preferred FINRA licenses Series 7 and 66.Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and CRM software.BENEFITS AND CENTURY CITY OFFICE PERKS:Employee medical: With SEIA and employee contributions.Employee dental, vision and life insurance: Fully paid by SEIA.Dependent medical, dental and vision: Employee paid options.Paid Time Off (PTO).Holiday Pay.401k with generous match and immediate full vesting.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and discounts.Onsite gym access.Paid parking by SEIA.Reserved parking, valet, onsite car wash service and dry cleaning at employee cost.Snacks and drink options daily, occasional meal catering.Opportunity to work and grow with a collaborative and entrepreneurial team.
