An established and forward-thinking accountancy practice in Manchester is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a practice-trained accountant looking to work in a modern environment with a strong focus on client relationships and advisory work, alongside a 4 day working week.Key responsibilities:Preparation of year-end accounts for limited companiesCorporation tax returnsVAT returns and bookkeepingManagement accounts and reportingReviewing work prepared by offshore team membersSupporting clients with queries and business adviceRequirements:ACA / ACCA / AAT qualified or part-qualifiedPrevious experience within an accountancy practiceStrong knowledge of accounts, tax and VATConfident managing client relationshipsWhat's on offer:4 day working week (Tuesday to Friday)Competitive salaryOn-site parkingSupportive team environmentLong-term progression opportunities
