Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Business Analyst, ERP (Projects & Enhancements) based in Charlotte, NC. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying and documenting business processes, and supporting the design, development, and implementation of ERP systems and enhancements. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals, communicating effectively across teams, analyzing process improvement opportunities, and ensuring system configurations meet business objectives. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify insights, and resolve complex problemsExperience in Business Analysis for ERP systems, including requirements gathering, documentation, and validationExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersUnderstanding of Business Processes and the ability to recommend enhancements for efficiency and effectivenessProficiency in defining, documenting, and analyzing Business RequirementsExperience in ERP projects or system implementation is preferredBachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related fieldAdvanced problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
