Registered Behavioral Technician

Description:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior - Assist in developing and modifying treatment strategies based on client needs - Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills - Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients during sessions - Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and families regarding progress and concerns Skills and Qualifications: - Valid and active RBT certification/license - Ability to work 30 hours per week - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach - Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation procedures - Prior experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is preferred - Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various hours if needed Join our team and contribute to a supportive environment focused on growth and positive outcomes.
