Identifies patients in need of re-assessment or intervention by the physical therapist and routinely collaborates with the physical therapist regarding the plan of care.Required: Certifications/ License/ Experience: BLS within 30 days / IL Active License / Physical Therapy Assistant Associate's Degree from an accredited school.
