Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Philadelphia, PA, for a Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer will ensure the day-to-day functionality and safety of hotel facilities by conducting regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and performing preventive maintenance. They will collaborate with team members, respond promptly to maintenance requests, and ensure all systems, including electrical and mechanical, are functioning effectively. The role involves maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members by upholding excellent standards of care and service. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair processesExperience with Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure the long-term functionality of equipment and systemsKnowledge of Electrical Maintenance for troubleshooting and resolving electrical system issuesStrong problem-solving and technical skills with attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPhysical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periodsPrevious experience in a hotel or hospitality maintenance role is a plusOSHA safety certifications or training preferred
