Financial Operations Analyst

The Financial Operations Analyst is responsible for reviewing residential solar financing submissions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. This role requires developing a deep understanding of solar financing processes and applying that knowledge to ensure all submissions meet established quality, compliance, and operational standards.Responsibilities:Analyze, process, and review financing submissions to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements.Apply strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, errors, or anomalies in customer project submissions.Maintain high quality standards and service levels to support an efficient and accurate project approval process.Proactively escalate potential issues or irregularities to management for resolution.Contribute to overall operations processing and workflow efficiency.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.Minimum 1+ year of experience in financial operations, loan processing, or data analysis.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
