Especially if you thrive in:Fast-paced, innovative technology base environmentOpportunities to grow and make an impactBe part of the CLI team that values team membersApply today and fuel the momentum!Position Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreachUtilize CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate pipeline dataResearch and identify target accounts within key industries aligned with company servicesQualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team membersDevelop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing20+ face-to-face calls per weekMaintain consistent follow-up prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnelAnalyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion ratesStay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activitiesAttend networking functions including conferences, trade shows, etc.Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B)Hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targetsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with manufacturing, warehousing, automotive environments, staffing or workforce solutions, is required.Location: Duncan, SCTravel Requirements: 25-50% Benefits/Perks:Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K Match, & PTOCareer development: Opportunity for advancementTraining: Comprehensive training to fuel your growth and success!
