This position is based out of our Watford City office and is central to driving company growth and market penetration.The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan that aligns with company objectives and individual performance targets. The role includes generating new business, cultivating client relationships, identifying and developing leads, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.*Preferred candidates will have established connections within the oil & gas industry and a proven pipeline of potential customers to immediately leverage on behalf of G&G Garbage, LLC.**Achieves sales goals by retaining existing customers and developing new sales.Developing new customer leads through market and industry research, community involvement, attending industry meetings, customer references and cold calls.Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.Coordinates with operations to identify prospects.Periodically contacts existing customers to ensure satisfaction.Communicates frequently with customer service regarding new orders, customer satisfaction, status updatesResolves customer complaints by investigating problems; Conducts random internal quality checks for all platformsReview professional publications and establish personal networks.Records customer contacts and sales activities in the CRM on a daily basis.Results-oriented sales professional - Experience preferred, however, will provide training to individuals who possess the below qualities.Proven ability to develop and implement strategies and sales planProven customer/client relationshipsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targetsAbility to travel as needed*Salary: $45K to $50K – Pending sales experience**Competitive sales commission program**Job Type: Full-timeDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceRetirement planPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyApplication Question(s):* Do you have established connections within the oil & gas industry and a proven pipeline of potential customers to immediately leverage on behalf of G&G Garbage, LLC?Sales: 1 year (Required)* Oil & gas: 2 years (Preferred)
