Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Commission Sales Associate. The role includes generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, providing detailed information about our roofing services, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will focus on understanding customer needs, preparing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Maintaining an organized record of client interactions and collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery are also key responsibilities. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skillsSales abilities including lead generation, negotiation, and closing dealsProficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skillsSelf-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independentlyPrior sales experience in the roofing or construction industry is beneficialKnowledge of best practices in the sales and customer service fieldsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plusAccess to a reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
