Manufacturing Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, theManufacturing Engineer designs, integrates and improves manufacturingsystems or related processes, in accordance with company policies andProcedures. Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Assist Manufacturingin solving equipment problems to minimize interruptions and productiondowntime. - Analyze and implement advanced manufacturing techniques,operational requirements, designs and dimension specifications. -Evaluate and determine efficiency of equipment utilization and maximumrunning rates. - Assist in preparing bid information on new and existingproducts. - Update and maintain manufacturing processes as required. -Develop processes for new production introductions into themanufacturing environment and perform assignments relative to thedevelopment and design of tools, dies, fixtures, gauges, and specialmachine tooling. - Advise management on new methods, techniques,processes, equipment, tooling, etc. which would improve operations. -Provide technical assistance to other departments as requested andparticipate in 6S work activities, SPC and PM Programs. - Organize andlead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities and updateinternal records, reports, drawings and designs through the system anddocument control. - Assist in training operators on new or modifiedequipment processes, practices, and procedures. \*\*\*\*\* OTHEREXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: U.S. Citizenship required, due to thenature of the work performed. 4 year BS Engineering Degree orEquivalent, 3-5 Years Work Experience, Project Management Skills,Excellent computer skills; Drafting and Modeling experience Insurabledriving record, pre-employment physical and drug test. \*\*\*\*\*APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: 920 Amron Avenue Antigo, WI54409 Mail a Rsum: 920 Amron Avenue Antigo, WI 54409 E-Mail a Rsum:kori.martin@amronndc.com Fax a Rsum: 715-623-5231 Qualified females,minorities, and special disabled veterans and other veterans areencouraged to apply.
